CATALYST is a combination of workouts that focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility utilizing the 2,700 square foot 2nd floor of Defining Moment Fitness with 18 foot ceilings.
Our process includes coaching individuals throughout functional strength training modalities within a group setting. Our Coached Workouts place attention on form/technique as a means to establish a strong foundation of movement while then building personalized progression ongoing.
Workouts will include different ratios of strength training vs. cardio varying from 70% strength and 30% cardio (#BUILD) to 70% cardio and 30% strength (#BURN). Equipment will include kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, weight bars, and dumbbells. Coached Workouts will be led by Certified Personal Trainers.
Aerobic Capacity Training while focusing on the different energy pathways of substrate utilization necessary for metabolic optimization and improved performance.
Keep and create muscle with various components of strength training. Foundation of workouts will utilize Olympic lifting movements coupled with barbells and kettlebells while including an emphasis on CORE strength.
This workout focuses on conditioning strategies for flexibility, mobility, and improved multi plain movements.
